Board of Directors

The Dutchess County IDA Board of Directors members are appointed by the County Legislature subject to the approval of the County Executive (the “Appointing Authority”). Each Member shall serve at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority and continue to hold office until his or her successor is appointed and has been qualified.  The DCIDA is managed by a Board of Directors whose members are the same as the Dutchess County Local Development Corporation’s Board of Directors. Click on Board Member's name to view resume.
