Program Overview

GEARS, a 2022 initiative of Think Dutchess and powered by the Hudson Valley Center for Innovation, was an innovative free program designed to help Dutchess County startups and small businesses grow and thrive. This program offered four dynamic opportunities - each developed to provide expert support to help participants overcome entrepreneurial challenges, clarify business plans. and take their business to the next level. GEARS included a highly interactive virtual workshop series, customized 1:1 sessions, insightful group sounding boards and access to connect through the Dutchess GEARS Slack channel.
