Think Dutchess Alliance for Business Names Robin D. Mack as Chief Executive Officer

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Think Dutchess Alliance for Business is excited to name Robin D. Mack as Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2025. In this role, she now serves as the CEO of the Dutchess County Local Development Corporation (DCLDC) and the Executive Director of the Dutchess County Industrial Development Agency (DCIDA).

In her leadership role, Mack will place accountability, compliance, and transparency at the center of her approach, reinforcing the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of Dutchess County’s two economic development public authorities. Her strategic guidance will be paramount in positioning Think Dutchess to meet the evolving needs of the county’s business ecosystem and ensuring the vitality and strength of the region's economy for years to come.

Mack brings a wealth of experience in business development at the municipal government level across New York State, where she has been instrumental in restoring structure, authority, and integrity to IDAs during periods of leadership transitions. Her track record includes spearheading high-impact projects totaling $325 million, driving economic growth and organizational resilience. Prior to her roles working with government, Mack cultivated an extensive background in the private sector in leadership positions related to compliance and fraud management for more than a decade at Mastercard in Purchase, New York.

Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Manhattanville University in Purchase, New York. A proud, longtime resident of Dutchess County, Mack has called Poughkeepsie home for the past 11 years.
