The Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) can help your business at all stages of its development. At the start-up stage, we offer resources to assist you in preparing a successful business plan, and you may qualify to participate in our annual Business Plan Competition. As your business grows, we stand ready to help you with advice and resources related to financing, tax credits, and workforce development. We and our partners work with you at every stage of your business's development to help your business thrive and grow in Dutchess County.

CCR

Community Capital Resources is a not-for-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) established in 1989 to bring financial, technical and educational resources to affordable housing and community and economic development initiatives in the lower Hudson Valley. We achieve these objectives through a variety of programs including: affordable housing lending; support for micro-businesses including grants, loans and technical assistance; and the encouragement of asset building for low-income families and communities through our financial literacy education program, our support of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and our Individual Development Account program. www.ccrhv.org

HVTDC

The Hudson Valley Technology Development Center (HVTDC) helps small to medium-sized manufacturers, businesses, inventors, and entrepreneurs in the seven-county Hudson Valley area to become more competitive in the marketplace. HVTDC provides direct assistance or locates outside resources to help with business development, operations, sales and marketing, workforce development, technology advancement and integration, and entrepreneurial initiatives. www.hvtdc.org
